- Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing on the local market.
- Overseeing and supporting the implementation of the complete range of customer store communication.
- Analysing the impact of graphic communications inside and outside the IKEA store to suggest solutions or improvements to facilitate the buying process for customers.
- Ensuring IKEA communication is clear, consistent, understandable, uncluttered and correctly placed according to graphics regulations.
- Using your graphic design skills, the IKEA Concept and IKEA visual identity to create and implement graphic solutions that support commercial priorities.
- Keeping updated with knowledge about home furnishing, communication, and retail design trends and to inspire store visitors.

As Graphic Communication Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
As a Graphic Communication Co-worker, you:
Bring experience with graphic design software and production tools, ideally including Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign CC).
Hold a background in graphic communication, media, or typography through education or equivalent experience.
Have a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Are passionate about home furnishings and improving everyday life through meaningful design.
Communicate clearly and build trust across teams, influencing others effectively.
Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, managing tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Take a hands-on, practical approach to design production and implementation.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reducing both financial and environmental impact.
