The Opportunity: Ground Crew / Observer
We are currently seeking highly motivated, safety-focused Ground Crew / Observers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for pruning, cutting, and removing trees and branches across WA on the Western Power Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Prune, Cut, and remove branches
- Operate Chainsaws, Chippers, and other tree maintenance equipment
- Identify and assess on-site hazards
- Work collaboratively to ensure safe work practices
- Willingness and ability to work away from the depot as required
- Strong physical fitness and endurance
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Valid manual driver’s licence (MR licence or higher a plus)
- Commitment to a substance-free (drug and alcohol-free) workplace
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Construction White Card
- MR/HR Drivers Licence
- First Aid and CPR Certification
