Job Description
The Growth Executive validates customer interest and tests willingness to pay for new opportunities that drive value for customers and SEEK. You'll engage with existing SEEK customers and candidates to collect feedback and position new solutions, proving their desirability, feasibility and viability.
You'll collaborate with project leaders across discovery, experimentation, and feedback stages. Your customer insights will be crucial for the Adjacent Revenue Team to validate future opportunities across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities
Discovery and Design:
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to brainstorm and gather insights for initiative design.
Conduct market research using surveys, interviews, database research, and competitive analysis.
Partner with project leaders to develop experiments testing key assumptions.
Campaign Execution:
Execute call campaigns following experiment designs for consistent, reliable data.
Conduct structured calls with diverse customers to gather insights on needs, preferences, willingness to pay, and reactions to proposed solutions.
Use communication skills and sales tactics to engage customers and encourage conversions.
Analysis and Reporting:
Create detailed reports summarising research findings with actionable recommendations.
Analyse qualitative call data to identify patterns, preferences, and key customer insights.
Qualifications
- Experience in outbound phone sales, customer success or customer service with natural curiosity for connecting with customers
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments, using feedback to improve performance
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to navigate uncertainty whilst maintaining focus on objectives
- Strategic thinking with natural problem-solving interest
- Customer-centric mindset focused on creating value
- Strong collaboration skills, takes initiative and is proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience influencing and overcoming objections
- Proven technology skills, able to switch between systems/tools easily
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or employment industry highly regarded but not essential
