Mi Casa Café is on the hunt for a Head Waiter/Waitress — aka a total superstar — to be the heart and soul of our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a buzzing café environment and loves creating real connections with every customer who walks through the door.
About the role:
- Confidently and warmly taking orders at the till
- Keeping the energy up and the floor flowing — clearing, running, resetting
- Making every customer feel acknowledged and appreciated
- Supporting the team during busy periods and keeping the vibe positive
- Leading your floor team with clear direction and support throughout each shift
