An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, top-performing home lender to take the next step as a Home Lending Executive . This is a full-time, permanent position offering strong autonomy, flexibility, and growth potential.

About the Role

This is a highly autonomous role suited to a self-driven professional with a passion for generating their own business. As a fully mobile role, you’ll have the flexibility to meet with customers outside of standard business hours and outside of branch locations.

A significant part of this role involves self-sourcing , leveraging your own established networks and referral partners to build a strong pipeline and grow your personal brand within the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling mortgage products tailored to customer needs.
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through both internal referrals and external personal networks.
  • Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional, needs-based customer service.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through self-sourced leads, referrals, and proactive outreach.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar lending role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate lending practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to self-source new business and build a strong client base from your own networks.
  • Excellent networking and business development skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding home lending solutions.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a drive to achieve results.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • A genuine commitment to member outcomes and relationship building.

Experience in sales management and a broad knowledge of the financial services industry will be highly regarded.
