About the role

The Housing Team Leader will lead a small team across the Brisbane and Logan region to deliver supported accommodation and improve the wellbeing or residents. Specifically, the Housing Team collectively support individuals and families in a partnership to empower and build their agency to make effective change and overcome their identified housing and wellbeing needs.

Five (5) years' experience in relevant human service field e.g. Child Protection, Family Support, Youth Support, Youth Justice, Disability, Housing, Domestic Violence.
