We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new staff
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and policy acknowledgements
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs
- Help ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines
- Provide administrative support to the HR and wider team
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards)
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
