HR Business Partner – NSW & ACT

About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide timely, high-quality HR support and expertise across NSW & ACT, delivering on the annual HR calendar and supporting employees throughout the lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance, engagement, and offboarding.
In this role, you will:
- Coach and advise leaders on performance, development, employee relations, and engagement.
- Drive a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with business strategy.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, reviews, and development programs.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Support organisational development initiatives and change management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and health & safety requirements.
- Contribute to broader HR projects, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on HR professional who builds trust with leaders and employees alike and delivers outcomes with confidence and care.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field, or extensive relevant experience.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, contemporary HR practices, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in a project-driven, construction, or corporate environment (highly regarded).
