Story Fresh is looking to expand our administrative support with an additional full-time position with a focus on HR responsibilities and payroll.
What the job entails
· A permanent position in an excellent team that handles the administration of a fast paced family farming business based at Cambooya
· Daily interaction with the Business Manager and Administration Manager in conducting HR functions of the business group
· Routine payroll tasks centred around data entry, recruitment, verification and screening for various business entities within the group at multiple sites
· Ongoing review of IR legislation with the identification and implementation of any changes required
· Completion of daily documentation in accurate and timely manner
· Responsible for visa checks, interview coordination, employment documentation, performance reviews and record keeping
· Other general administrative duties as required
Required skills
· Strong prior experience (3 years minimum) in all aspects of HR is essential
· Excellent communication skills to enable effective interaction with a range of internal and external parties in a professional and courteous manner
· High level of Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency essential as well as competency with payroll software such as Attache and Reckon
· Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
· Strong time management skills to complete daily tasks by deadlines
· Anility to interact with a close-knit team
· Able to take instruction and prioritise tasks
