About the Role:
Have you been contemplating a change of scene, or wanting to dip your toes in the health / aged care sector? It’s an industry that will only keep growing, evolving and is also quite interestingly complex. If it’s variety you’re seeking, we can guarantee that no two days will be the same.
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home two days per week.
We’ll be asking you to:
- Support HR team to deliver a seamless Human Resources service by managing HR email inbox and ensuring that all employee or general queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner or referred to HR team as required
- HR administration and systems maintenance which includes processing onboarding, terminations, transfers and other changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Compliance tracking and maintenance of up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor and maintain databases and filing systems for the accurate and up-to-date management of personnel records,
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Coordinate processes to maintain accurate reporting structure /organisational charts
- Prepare Monthly & adhoc HR reports.
- Update employee contracts under instruction by management with specific work arrangements and conditions (e.g. pay and hours of work).
- Proactively identifying opportunities for internal process improvement and developing systems and processes to ensure streamlined and efficient HR operations.
- General administration duties including processing invoices and coordinating the Divisions Service Award Process. .
About you:
Having worked in HR, you are ready to apply your experience to make a difference in our organisation.
You will be able to manage the variety that comes through our HR Inbox and enjoy providing an exceptional customer experience to our employees.
Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have:
- 1-5 years working in a HR setting.
- Ability to analyse, problem solve & resolve disputes.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
