Job Title:  Inside Sales Representative Location: Sydney/Hybrid Overview of Role: This hybrid role combines inside sales, customer service, and order management responsibilities for Goldstar and XCF (Cross Cimpress Fulfilment). The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about building strong customer relationships while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

What you will do:

       Inside Sales:

• Proactively engage with existing and potential distributor accounts to grow Goldstar business.

• Identify sales opportunities, promote new products, and provide pricing and product recommendations.

• Meet or exceed sales goals and activity targets.

Customer Service:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Goldstar distributor and Cimpress company inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and lead time updates. 

• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive experience. For Cimpress company inquiries, the ideal response time is within 24 hrs.

Order Management:

What we need from you:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management (promotional products industry preferred).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with CRM systems and order entry platforms.

• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.

• Knowledge of the promotional products supplier side a plus!
