About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled and relationship-driven Integration Support Analyst to join our team. This role is central to enabling seamless integrations between our platform and partner systems, with a strong focus on the Doshii API ecosystem. You will manage partner relationships, support integration efforts, and ensure Doshii Integration systems are highly reliable through proactive monitoring and alerting.
Key Responsibilities
API Integration & Technical Expertise
Develop, test, and support integrations using the Doshii APIs and devising solutions for partner use cases
Troubleshoot and effectively document product integration issues for development teams
Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance API capabilities and documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prototype workflows/solutions, and validate outcomes.
Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with integration partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor and central point of contact.
Drive partner engagement by promoting Doshii features, updates, and best practices.
Coordinate with partners to prioritize and resolve integration-related issues and feature requests.
Managing partners project teams, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to plans.
Ensuring Integration certification criteria are continued to be met by partner integrations meeting quality standards.
Provide ongoing support for partner integrations by identifying, reporting, and resolving issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for all stakeholders.
Monitoring & Support
Use Elastic to monitor logs, identify anomalies, and ensure system reliability.
Create dashboards and alerts to proactively detect and address integration issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to partners and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of JSON, webhooks, API authentication mechanisms and end to end integration workflows.
Experience with Elastic for analysis and system monitoring/alerting.
Experience in partner enablement or technical account management, including effective communication with diverse stakeholders, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple integration projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple systems and environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project.
Knowledge with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid integration environments.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
Knowledge with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with usage of Doshii API a bonus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and documentation.
