About the Role:
As the International Support Officer, you will:
Provide administrative and financial services to support the activities of the team within the unit.
Undertake a variety of data entry, financial support, and records management support functions for the unit.
The International Support Officer reports to the Manager and Director, DE International.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide accurate data entry, data collection and analysis, word processing and administrative services.
Administer the flow of internal and outgoing correspondence.
Access and operate administrative and technical databases, process information and prepare associated reports.
Provide routine information and advice on administrative, human resource and financial issues to management and staff.
Issue accurate and timely invoices for the various programs offered.
Maintain the financial records management systems for the unit
Perform a variety of administrative or support services as directed.
Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner and as an active member of a diverse work team.
Support preparations for events or activities, such as agendas, catering, minutes, briefing books and reception duties.
Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
