WISE Employment is excited to announce that we are expanding our footprint in WA under the new Inclusive Employment Australia (formerly Disability Employment Services) contract which will see new WISE Employment sites open across Perth.
We are seeking compassionate, empathetic and results-driven individuals who want to help make a difference in the community by empowering others to reach their potential through employment opportunities.
From front-line Job Coach positions to Business Manager positions, all our available roles will play an integral part in shaping the employment landscape for people living with disability in WA.

To be considered, you must:
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check

A day in a Job Coach role involves…
- Developing strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experience
- Assisting with participants’ resumes, job applications and interview preparation
- Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing
- Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
- Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services
- Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations
