About the Role
Titan Ag, based in Newport, Sydney is looking for Key Accounts & Logistics Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager The Key Account & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in driving strategic growth and client engagement across Titan Ag’s portfolio and is responsible for the management of high-value relationships with key accounts. as well as the coordination of Distribution Logistics and related Customer Service Enquiries to ensure orders are processed smoothly for our customers.
This is a great opportunity to join a small but dedicated team who has a desire to use their experience to improve systems and procedures, and who is passionate about Australian agribusiness as well as have access to a number of career pathways within an ASX listed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other key accounts including distributors, resellers, and large-scale growers.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop tailored strategies to expand product adoption.
- Process item fulfilments and coordinate order deliveries
- Maintaining day-to-day relationship with our 3PL partners
- Liaise with supply chain & finance administrator to ensure sales invoices are processed in a timely manner
About you
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Commercial acumen and industry knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Experience working within a sales organisation and/or agricultural setting highly regarded
