About the Role:

The Relocation Coordinator role is a fulltime fixed term contract for 4 months, working from home.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Displaying a flare for customer service to support our clients during the stressful process of relocating
- Liaise with suppliers and develop relationships to ensure the best client experience
- Acknowledge requests, respond to issues and handle escalations with a solution focused mindset
- Accurately and methodically entering client details in accordance with our state-of-the-art IT platform
About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience with client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role will come with a full induction and 2-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
