Current Opportunities
1. Lead Educator & Educator - Rose Rainbow Steiner Kindergarten
If you are a qualified Educator who is passionate about creating a calm, nurturing space for nursery and junior kindergarten children, this role is for you!
We’re looking for:
- A Lead Educator qualified with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it)
- A Cert III qualified Educator or Lunch Float Educator (or applicant interested in a traineeship with flexible midday start times available)

You will bring:
- The ability to deliver engaging, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests

- Be available for rostered shifts between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
To flourish in this role, you’ll also have:
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
2. OSHC Assistant Director - Mighty Oaks OSHC
As the Assistant Director, you will be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about outside of school hours care and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, families, and team.
We’re looking for:
- A Passionate educator who loves working with school-age children
- Applicants with skills in sports, arts, crafts, music, or STEM are highly valued
- Afternoon shifts available (2:30 PM onwards)
- Full-day shifts during school holidays
To flourish in this role, you’ll also have:
- Sound knowledge of MTOP
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
3. OSHC Educator – Mighty Oaks OSHC (Ideal for University Students)
Are you studying Education or a related degree? Gain hands-on experience while working in a boutique OSHC setting with high educator-to-child ratios.
We’re looking for:
- Passionate educators who love working with children
- No formal qualifications required – just enthusiasm and creativity!
- Applicants with skills in sports, arts, crafts, music, or STEM are highly valued
- Afternoon shifts available (2:30 PM onwards)
- Full-day shifts during school holidays
- Great opportunity for university students looking for flexible work
