As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As a leading NDIS provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused care to individuals living with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives within their communities.

We are seeking a driven and highly organised Lead Scheduler to oversee the coordination and planning of rosters within our disability support services. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of care, requiring a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

As Lead Scheduler, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining service delivery schedules that align with our clients’ care needs. You will manage internal scheduling teams, work closely with external providers, and ensure consistent and efficient coverage across all services. Your ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and lead with clarity will be key to your success in this role.
