Our opportunity
As the Learning & Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning experiences that build capability and enhance performance across Mirvac. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the role will support the Learning team in managing the logistics and communications of key programs, anticipate learning and data requirements and ensure the Learning brand continues to provide positive experiences for our people.
Your responsibilities will include:
Program and Event Delivery
Lead the end-to-end logistics of learning programs and events, ensuring seamless execution and participant experience.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure venues, schedule presenters, and arrange AV and operational support.
Manage participant registration and oversee pre-and post-program communications.
Ensure all program materials are current and of high quality.
Lead the project management of key learning initiatives such as Mirvac Masters, including planning, stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and delivery oversight.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for the Mirvac Learning mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries within 48 hours.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support program delivery and continuous improvement.
Learning Systems & Reporting
Manage learning systems across multiple platforms, including session setup, attendance tracking, invitation management, feedback collection, and reporting.
Monitor and analyse learning data to identify trends, measure impact, and support decision-making.
Capability Development & Continuous Improvement
Analyse survey and feedback data to identify opportunities for program enhancement and improved learner outcomes.
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of learning offerings to ensure alignment with Mirvac’s organisational goals and employee needs.
Your point of difference
You will have a minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a learning, organisational development, or related role, with a strong interest in capability development.
You will have proven ability to coordinate and deliver learning programs, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communications as well as experience managing stakeholder relationships across diverse teams, trainers, and external vendors.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, coupled with clear and professional communication skills are essential for this role.
