Job Description

Lending Services Officer

• Port Macquarie or Armidale location with flexible working arrangements considered for right applicant
• 9-month contract, full-time
• To be considered for this position, applicants must hold current work rights that cover the term of the contract.

About the role

As Lending Services Officer, you will be an integral part of our Lending Services department, responsible for managing the preparation, settlement, registration and maintenance of loan contracts and securities. Your will produce loan documentation, manage, and update loan account systems, facilitate settlements in PEXA, and register the banks security interests. You will also perform other administrative tasks related to lending.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in similar roles related to lending or settlements within the finance industry.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
• A team player who’s reliable and enjoys helping others.
• Understanding of and ability to apply risk management principles in daily operations.
