Our Lifeguards are responsible for pool supervision, emergency response and customer service, as well as keeping the aquatic areas clean and safe. With a high level of professionalism, Lifeguards engage in face-to-face customer interactions, education and incident response.
As an ARC Lifeguard, you will provide a high level of pool supervision to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our members and visitors. You will be a friendly, customer focussed individual with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts (mornings,evenings and weekends). You will have:
- Sound knowledge of pool supervision, water safety, rescue techniques and public safety requirements.
- Current RLSS Pool Lifeguard License
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check
Pay Rate: $37.58 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading
