Job Description
At UP Education, we are one of the largest private education providers in Australasia, partnering with leading universities and delivering vocational and higher education across a range of disciplines. Our purpose is to equip learners with the skills and confidence to succeed in a changing world through high-quality, flexible education. We are seeking an LMS Operations Specialist to provide administration and operational support for UP Education’s Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS). This role is the central point of contact for business teams needing LMS support, assisting with course builds, troubleshooting, integration setup, and process documentation. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the LMS runs smoothly and reliably for staff and students across the group, while also supporting rollouts for additional brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day LMS configuration updates.
- Build and maintain course setups in the Student Management System (SMS), ensuring correct integration with the LMS.
- Act as the first point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues, resolving or escalating where required.
- Support rollout and go-live activities for new brands.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation and training materials.
- Provide guidance and training to business teams, promoting self-sufficiency in system use.
Qualifications
About you
- Demonstrated experience in administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage positively across teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Desirable: Experience working with Moodle and Dynamics 365.
