- Competitive Salary starting from $141,039 + 14.75% super (9-day fortnight)
- Leverage expertise in SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and other warehouse and transport management systems to lead system upgrades and rollouts, supporting teams through training and integration.

The opportunity:
- Look into logistics and supply chain data to spot trends, fix inefficiencies, and find ways to improve.
- Build predictive models to help get ahead of any logistics issues before they happen.
- Review how the fleet is being used to make sure vehicles are in the right place at the right time and running efficiently.
- Use data to uncover patterns that can help make smarter decisions across logistics and fleet operations.
- Work with the Logistics and Fleet teams to keep reports and dashboards up to date and accurate, tracking things like delivery times, inventory, and transport costs.
- Support process improvements and cost-saving ideas by working closely with other teams.
- Provide data insights and forecasts to help guide decisions and align with business goals.
- Help with budgeting by analysing where money’s going and spotting ways to cut unnecessary costs.
- Team up with the Logistics Systems group to make sure the data in our systems is clean and reliable.
- Keep an eye on what’s working (and what’s not) so we can tweak strategies and keep things running smoothly.
The people you'll join:
Located in Narangba, this role reports to the Team Leader Operational Performance and Systems as part of the Warehousing and Logistics Group.
What you'll bring:
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in quality, warehouse, and transport management systems – SAP S/4HANA and EWM knowledge is a big plus. You’ll lead system upgrades and tech rollouts, while training and supporting teams along the way.
You’ll need strong problem-solving skills, a knack for analysing data, and the ability to work well with different stakeholders. Solid technical skills in system integration and databases are essential, along with a sharp eye for detail and a good understanding of compliance in logistics and supply chain environments.

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline or lesser qualification (i.e. Diploma of Logistics) coupled with considerable experience working in a warehousing system automation process environment.
