- Competitive Salary starting from $141,039 + 14.75% super (9-day fortnight) or $172,381 + 14.75% super (10-day fortnight)

The opportunity:
Do you see systems not just as tools — but as enablers of operational transformation? Powerlink is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist with a strong background in process innovation, and enterprise systems to enhance the performance of our logistics, warehouse, transport and fleet operations.
- Act as the SME for SAP configuration, integration, and performance across Warehouse and Transport Management functions.
- Analyse and reengineer system supported logistics processes to remove inefficiencies and lift performance across the supply chain.
- Translate operational challenges into technical enhancements that deliver value to frontline logistics, distribution & fleet teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and deliver system based solutions that streamline logistics and fleet activities.
- Lead the blueprinting, build, implementation, testing, and hyper care support of system solutions across distribution logistics and fleet operations.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance and proactively recommend improvements or change initiatives.
- Provide targeted SAP training and support for logistics and fleet users, driving adoption and digital confidence.
- Develop and maintain test scripts, supporting SAP service pack upgrades and change deployments to ensure system stability and user readiness.

The people you'll join:
Located in Narangba, this role reports to the Team Leader Operational Performance and Systems as part of the Warehousing and Logistics Group
What you'll bring:
We’re after someone with solid experience in logistics or warehouse systems, familiar with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software.
You’ll need good analytical and problem-solving skills to improve system performance and fix issues. Experience with system integration and data tools is a plus.
You’ll lead system upgrades and provide support and training across teams. Attention to detail and knowledge of industry standards are important.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders are key.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics or relevant discipline or a lesser qualification (i.e. Diploma of Logistics) coupled with considerable experience working in a warehousing system automation process environment.
