We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Subcontractor Works Coordinator which is a key role within the technical delivery of the ‘hard’ facility management services for the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) project, leading the maintenance and subcontractor teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contract stakeholders, subcontractors and end users. Ensure communication is two way and all requests are responded to promptly and within required time frames.
- Manage the successful delivery of all building services, to ensure full compliance to all KPI and Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) requirements are delivered.
- Ensure all services are delivered in a safe, effective manner that minimises any impact on the end user services
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Trade or Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in a highly complex building services environment
- Financial Acumen
- Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements
- Hazard and risk assessments
- Australian standards – building / commercial maintenance
- Australian and state based HSE legislation and compliance
