We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter with at minimum a restricted electrical license to join Ridley AgriProducts at our Narangba site. If you have hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, maintenance team and production team, you will:
- Work on various manufacturing equipment
- Ensure safety and efficiency in plant operations
- Perform both time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Schedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and minimize downtime
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and plant reliability
You will have
- A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant tickets
- Queensland Restricted Electrical License
- Experience with preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and breakdown repairs
- Experience with PLCs and variable speed drives
- Safety-focused with good communication skills
- Proficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS
- Install machine enhancements and appropriately test parts to meet product specifications
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively communicate
- Over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
- Current valid drivers licence and forklift license (HRW)
