The Little Marionette is an established and highly regarded coffee roaster, manufacturing and processing premium green coffee beans for retail, wholesale and brewing. Our range includes specialty blends, single origin espresso, filter, decaf, pods, instant and quick brew coffee, supplied to restaurants, cafés, businesses and event venues across Australia.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Planner to join our team at our Rozelle facility. This role is integral to ensuring the reliability, efficiency and safety of our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all production equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal downtime.
- Monitor and maintain records of work orders, spare parts and service schedules.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers as required.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company standards and industry best practices.
- Analyse maintenance data and provide recommendations for process and equipment improvements.
- Support the continuous improvement of maintenance systems, policies, and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant bachelor degree qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service reports.
- Proficient in maintenance management systems and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external contractors.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
