As Manager, Admissions, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering efficient, student-focused admissions services across a diverse range of programs—including Higher Degree Research, full degree, study abroad, and pathway programs such as Diplomas and ELICOS.


This role is central to ensuring admissions operations align with Bond’s strategic goals and uphold the University’s commitment to excellence and equity.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing across all program types and student cohorts (domestic and international)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic enrolment goals and enhance the applicant experience
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases, and drive continuous improvement in admissions processes
  • Foster a high-performing team through training, guidance, and a strong focus on customer service excellence

About the person

You are a confident and experienced leader with a strong understanding of university admissions and a passion for delivering exceptional service. With a background in managing administrative functions in higher education or a similar environment, you bring both strategic insight and operational expertise to the role.


To succeed in this position, you will have:


  • A university degree and/or relevant experience in managing administrative teams or functions
  • In-depth knowledge of admissions practices, policies, and compliance requirements within the higher education sector
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $112,811.36 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
