As the Admissions Systems and Processes Officer, you will support the Coordinator, Admissions Systems and Processes, in maintaining and configuring admissions systems and workflows. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of admissions operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining admissions-related data within institutional systems
- Supporting the development and upkeep of clear, accurate documentation for business processes
- Assisting in the implementation of efficient workflows and operational practices across the Admissions team
- Contributing to the smooth operation of systems during peak admissions periods
- This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, documenting and improving processes, and collaborating with others to deliver a seamless admissions experience.
About the person
You are someone who is organised, detail-oriented, adaptable and passionate about documenting and improving systems and processes. With experience working in enterprise platforms such as student management systems or CRMs, you understand the importance of data accuracy and operational consistency.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience configuring and maintaining data within enterprise systems, with a strong commitment to data integrity
- The ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation to support admissions workflows and business processes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
- A flexible mindset and the ability to quickly learn new systems, especially during busy admissions periods
Familiarity with platforms like StudyLink, UAC Advance, or Student One, and experience in higher education admissions are highly regarded.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $83,210.75 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
