As a Manager in our Enterprise Advisory practice, you will lead client engagements that deliver strategic, operational, and organisational improvements. You'll work with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, design future-ready operating models, and implement change that drives measurable value. This role combines delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and people development in a dynamic consulting environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage and deliver consulting style engagements to create positive outcomes for our mid-sized clients across a range of industries
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new opportunities to provide value to our clients
- Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven insights to create actionable recommendations
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Work closely with senior leaders across the firm to support business development activities
- Support and manage engagement pursuits such as opportunity identification, qualification, and planning

- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
