The Opportunity
As a coach, you empower CLS management by mentoring lenders to excel in service, sales, and compliance. You will lift performance standards, ensuring teams exceed expectations while driving accountability for quality lending outcomes.
Partnering with Home Buying Academy coaches, you will enhance your knowledge of CBA products, processes, and systems, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence across the network. Your leadership will be key in shaping a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
More specifically you will:
Coach and develop leaders and managers to strengthen knowledge, capability, and performance in deal structuring, compliance, and error reduction, driving strong business outcomes.
Manage the accreditation process for Network Lending staff, monitoring online learning progress to ensure completion.
Stay current with CBA products, processes, and system changes.
Deliver training aligned with compliance standards and support line managers in upholding policy adherence.
Advise Line Managers on effective sales pipeline management, resource allocation, and lead conversion strategies.
Foster collaboration by building strong relationships, sharing insights, and shaping strategies to maximise lending opportunities for customers and the Bank.
We’re looking for people with:
Strong leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams to success
Skilled and experienced in influencing, coaching and mentoring
A sound understanding of home lending with a strong focus on quality and excellence
Proven ability to drive high-performance outcomes in lending environments
Sound exposure to CBA home loan systems, processes, and policies
Excellent strategic ability coupled with excellent planning and time management skills
A thorough understanding of the CBA’s sales and service frameworks and methodologies
