Base Salary $126,065 - $142,171 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead a new team within the Library, enhancing the visibility and accessibility of the University’s research. As Manager, Research Outputs and Profiles, you will play a key role in shaping services that support academic profiles, research outputs, and repository systems.
Key aspects of the role include:
leading, supporting, and developing a new team
managing research systems and ensuring high-quality service delivery
building collaborative relationships with researchers and professional colleagues
developing and enhancing services for academic profiles and research outputs
bringing a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
applying leadership and initiative to shape emerging services
contributing to a culture of collaboration and innovation within the University.
About you
leadership skills to establish and guide a new team
experience managing research systems, repositories or related services
strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions
proven ability to influence stakeholders and to drive initiatives forward
adaptability and confidence in working with new technologies and processes
