This role reports into the EM - Telco Networks and Contact Centre Tech and as a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting procurement activities across Telco Networks and Contact Centre Tech.
This role will support the Chief Technology Officer portfolio within the Bank on Telecom, Networks and Contact Centre related initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end category lifecycle and will include:
Responsibility for multiple partners and may operate either horizontally (along a value chain) or vertically (managing like services from multiple partners).
Manage a team of Supplier Partners and Associates responsible for the daily operational engagement with a supplier.
Work with Risk & Compliance to ensure suppliers are complying with all contracted responsibilities.
Take the lead in continuous improvement opportunities to improve the processes within the team and Suppliers
Ensure savings and realised benefits are clearly defined, agreed and recorded by procurement team.
Interact directly with the Technology Leadership Team and business leaders to develop, manage and execute the agreed procurement strategies.
Advocate compliance to Bank-wide and Procurement processes and technology.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Previously demonstrated end-to-end procurement category management experience and managing IT vendors in a complex environment.
Experience in large organisations with complex environments, achieving and being accountable for tangible commercial results.
Experience in delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes within a standardised project management framework and structured procurement approach.
Understanding of leading practice procurement technology
Commercial and contract negotiation skills and experience.
Ability to manage and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes work collaboratively with customers and suppliers.
