The Opportunity:
As Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing high-impact campaigns for Seven’s top entertainment programs and seasonal sports priorities. You’ll be delivering results that connect to audiences on a national level.
Based at our head office in Eveleigh, Sydney and reporting to the Head of Marketing – Entertainment and 7Plus, you will be responsible for:
- Leading national marketing campaigns for major entertainment and sport programs, from strategy to creative execution.
- Driving campaign planning and alignment by participating in key meetings and ensuring cohesion across media and creative.
- Managing end-to-end campaign workflows, including briefs, deadlines, approvals, budgets, and agency coordination.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to maximise audience reach, engagement, and campaign impact.
- Monitoring performance, uncovering insights, and supporting delivery of promos, events, and partnerships that resonate with audiences.
About You:
You’re passionate about entertainment and are a creatively driven person with a keen eye on the ever-evolving content landscape. You’re detail-oriented, confident in presenting to stakeholders and senior leaders, and bring fresh thinking to the table. You thrive in fast-paced environments but most importantly, you get Seven’s brand, understand what would resonate with our audiences, know your way around the creative process, and bring sharp communication, analytical skills, and energy to everything from activations to campaigns.
You will have:
- Minimum of 3 years in consumer marketing, media or creative roles.
- Proven experience in evaluating and managing stakeholder expectations vs business benefits.
- Ability to multitask, managing many projects in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Formal qualifications in Marketing, Business or Media.
