We are currently looking for a bright enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our practice team. It is a casual Position for 2-3 days (morning shift 8.30am-2pm and arvo shift 1.30pm-6.30pm with) and additional hours required to fill for sick leave or Annual Leave.
-APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY AND TUESDAY SHIFTS.
THIS IS A CASUAL position leading upto a PERMANENT PART TIME after the probation if needed.
The Successful Candidate must have:
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Experience in Best Practice software desirable
* Experience in handling work cover desirable
· Experience in MEDICAL reception work
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Reliability and a strong work ethic
· MUST BE flexible with work hours and available for weekend shifts
· Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Enthusiastic and positive attitude
· Well presented
· Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
· Strong customer service focus
· Confident and energetic
· Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
· Great team working skills with the ability to self-direct
· Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager
