- Flexible working hours, between 24 to 32 hours per week
- Working hours between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Essential Skills
· Minimum of 1 year's experience in medical reception.
· Exceptional customer service skills both in person and on the phone.
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
· A high level of computer literacy is essential.
· A willingness and aptitude for learning and growing with the practice.
· Strong time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a proven record of following through with requests.
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
· Experience with Medicare billing and private billing practices.
· Ability to work extra hours and/or days to cover holiday leave within a flexible environment if required.
Desirable Experience
· Previous experience with medical software (Bluechip/Medical Director) and medical messaging systems (e.g. Medical Objects).
· Previous experience in a specialist medical practice.
· Knowledge of medical terminology
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
