About this role
Our clinics in Perth are currently seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.
The role is a casual position working shifts Monday to Friday, between 8am-5pm.
You will be based at our South of the River clinics and will be expected to assist at our North of the River clinics from time to time.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
✅ This role is to cover leave across the clinics as needed.
