What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and managing front-desk enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Booking and managing appointments using medical software (e.g. Best Practice)
- Processing Medicare and private billing
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general admin duties
- Supporting doctors, nurses, and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Cleaning duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A calm, friendly manner with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Medicare and medical terminology (desirable)
- Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice if required
