About the Role
As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in providing exceptional service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings.
- Handling billings, invoices, and Medicare claims.
- Answering patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Providing administrative support and coordinating correspondence.
- Working closely with doctors, staff, and allied health professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
While prior experience with Medicare and PMS is helpful, it’s not essential.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
