About the role
As our Member Engagement Coordinator for WA, you’ll manage the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of member-focused events and activities, including webinars, workshops, conferences, meetings, award ceremonies and networking activities. Reporting to the Member Engagement Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the WA faculty, councils and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, regionally relevant events are delivered for members.

As our Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll also:
Plan, coordinate and deliver member events and activities, but not limited to venue and supplier coordination, stakeholder and sponsor liaison, AV, budgeting and post event reporting
Coordinate, plan and host webinars delivery, including managing polls, supporting speakers, technical setup, and post-event content management.
Develop event briefs and providing input to marketing
Coordinate member communications such as newsletters and EDMs.
Monitor, evaluate and report on event and engagement outcomes to support continuous improvement and member satisfaction.
Skills & Experience

Qualification in event management, project coordination or similar
Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering small to medium events and webinars
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritise competing tasks
Confident using event platforms (EventsAir preferred), CRM systems, project management tools and Microsoft Office programs
Previous experience with a membership based organisation is desirable, but not essential.
