About the role

The Bourke multidisciplinary team are looking for a Mental Health Clinician to join their team to provide adult acute mental health services to Bourke and its wider community. In this rewarding role you will work within the community, meeting new patients and see the positive outcomes for them from interventions that are put in place.

This position is Monday to Friday with hours of 8:30am to 5pm. Bringing your excellent communication and networking skills to the team you will collaborate with a wide range other services within the community and assist our multidisciplinary team to achieve our goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities.

You will be supported to grow through actively participating in clinical supervision, workplace education and quality improvement initiatives to develop and maintain professional skills and deliver high quality mental health care.
