What’s the role?
As a Mobile Home Finance Manager you’ll help people take one of the biggest steps in their lives—buying a home. You’ll work on the move, meeting customers where it suits them, and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll manage your own schedule, build strong referral networks, and generate new business opportunities. You’ll be the face of Westpac in your community—trusted, knowledgeable, and ready to deliver real value.
What do I need?We’re looking for someone who knows home lending inside and out. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
- A solid track record in sales or business development
- Experience building and maintaining referral networks
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- A self-starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
