Re-Boot IT Townsville is looking for a Full Time Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices, with the ability to get it right the first time every time.
- Manage and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.
- Ensure small devices repairs are competently completed in an efficient timely manner.
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed quality standards.
- Ensure store spare parts inventory is effectively managed.
- Greet and serve customers in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile phone and tablet repairs.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
- Working together with other techs and open to learning news skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
