About the Role
Join our Robina office as an MST Clinical Supervisor, leading a team of up to four clinicians in delivering the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to support young people (11–17) with offending behaviours. This full-time permanent role involves providing clinical supervision, managing a small caseload, and collaborating with stakeholders like youth justice and schools to drive systemic change. You’ll ensure program fidelity, contribute to quality improvement, and foster clinician development in a dynamic, supportive environment dedicated to transforming lives.
About the MST Program
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a globally recognised, research-backed model targeting anti-social and offending behaviours in youth through tailored interventions across family, peer, school, and community systems. As a supervisor, you’ll champion this model to achieve lasting outcomes for young people and their families.
Professional Development Opportunities
As an MST Clinical Supervisor, you’ll engage in a transformative training model that goes beyond traditional reflective practice. Our structured supervision system includes comprehensive clinical training, weekly group and individual supervision, and a rigorous on-the-job learning plan. Supervisors consistently report significant growth in their expertise, equipping them to lead with confidence and drive systemic change.

- Provide weekly group and individual supervision to ensure MST model adherence and clinician competency.
- Manage a caseload of 1–2 families, delivering evidence-based systemic interventions.
- Oversee MST program planning, administration, and budget, driving continuous quality improvement.
