We are now seeking a dedicated local experienced Multi Skilled Cleaner to become part of our dynamic team. This is a hands-on position with a wide variety of tasks and locations, perfect for someone who enjoys active, varied work.
Key Responsibilities
· Commercial site cleaning
· Construction site cleans (pre-build, post-build, handover)
· Residential deep cleaning
· Vessel cleaning (boats, yachts, marine interiors)
· Travelling between the warehouse, job sites in Airlie Beach and surrounds
About the Role
· Minimum 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 30 hours per week for the right candidate, mostly weekday shifts with the occasional weekend shift.
· Varied starting times: some shifts begin as early as 5or6:00am, with others starting at 7:00am or 8:00am depending on scheduling and candidate suitability
· Casual role with the potential to become permanent part-time
· Flexible hours and diverse tasks across multiple job sites

What You’ll Need
· White Card (preferred)
· Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence (essential for travel between job sites)
· Smartphone – for logging time, completing site check-ins, and using cleaning apps
· Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering spotless results
· Ability to work independently or as part of a fast-paced team
· Punctuality – being on time is non-negotiable
· A positive attitude and a commitment to quality and consistency
