Tuesday: 8:00 am 2:00 pm- Thursday: 8:00 am 2:00 pm
A kind and welcoming family in Greystanes is seeking a gentle, qualified nanny to support their delightful 2-year-old daughter while Mum prepares for the arrival of a new baby in late August. This is a low-pressure, high-connection role, perfect for a nanny who enjoys nurturing toddlers through playful learning and creating calm, structured days.
Typical Day and Responsibilities:
- Engaging in toddler-led play, craft, drawing, and outdoor activities
- Walks to the local park
- Supporting early learning and development
- Collaborating on a Toddler Learning Journal
- Providing warm companionship and gentle routine while Mum prepares for baby s arrival
The Ideal Nanny:
- Gentle, attentive, and enthusiastic about early childhood development
- Reliable, calm, and confident with one-on-one toddler care
- Able to form a trusting relationship with both child and parent
Expectations:
- 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualifications preferred and experience with toddlers
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working With Children s Check
- Whooping cough vaccination
- Display strong communication skills and speaks English
- Non smoking
