Autoleague has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their team!
Autoleague are seeking an organised and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Perth Trade Parts team.
As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team, you will be responsible for the timely Quoting and ordering of parts to Trade customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone, email and online enquiries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.
Role:
- Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients.
- Monitor and fulfill customer requests and orders on various platforms
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time
- Monitoring sales revenue, margin, initiating corrective action where required
You:
- Possess strong technical/Panel/mechanical knowledge
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and helpful
- Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- Resilient with a drive to succeed, honest with high levels of integrity
- Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is essential
