About the Role:

This exciting leadership opportunity sits within the MacKillop Seasons team and reports directly to the Director, MacKillop Seasons. As the National Lead – Disaster Resilience, you will oversee the delivery of disaster response projects across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland, funded by both State and Federal initiatives. You will manage a national team and be responsible for the rollout of MacKillop Seasons’ education programs, ensuring alignment with project milestones. A key focus of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to expand the reach of MacKillop Seasons and identify future funding opportunities.

About You:

You are a strategic and compassionate leader with a strong background in disaster recovery, education, health, or community services. You bring a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting communities through trauma-informed education. You thrive in dynamic environments, are confident managing complex projects, and are committed to improving wellbeing outcomes for children, young people, and adults affected by disaster.

This is a non-ongoing Full Time opportunity until June 30th 2027 based in Frenches Forest or South Melbourne within our Mackillop Seasons Program. This role reports to the Mackillop Seasons – Director.
