Night Manager | Kirwan Tavern | Dream big with us!
- Roster: 4-on, 3-off
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- Salary: $79,500 + Super + Bonus
Kirwan Tavern is more than just a local favourite, we’re a vibrant, welcoming venue where great food, cold drinks, and friendly faces come together. Known for our warm service, lively bistro, well-stocked bar, gaming lounge, and TAB facilities, we pride ourselves on being the go to spot for locals and visitors alike.
We’re now on the lookout for an experienced and hands on Night Manager to assist in leading our team during the evening and overnight hours.
A night in the life of a Night Manager:
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and ‘local’ guest experience
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives
- Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are!
Qualifications
About you:
- You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
