About the role

The Workplace Injury Management Nurse plays a vital role in Sonder’s proactive and responsive approach to managing injuries and illnesses sustained in the workplace. Operating within a telehealth model,this role is responsible for the clinical triage, assessment, coordination, and ongoing management of members who have sustained a workplace injury or illness.


This role ensures members are promptly connected to the most appropriate care pathways based on their clinical needs and customer entitlements. In addition to providing advice and support, the Nurse acts as a liaison between the injured member, healthcare providers, and employer representatives to ensure timely, person-centred, and effective care.
